If you are wanting to become a body builder than it is a must to consume as much protein as possible. You are going to have to change your diet plan along with the way you are working out.

First off cut the amount of fat you are eating and replace it with healthier foods. Fruits and veggies should still be on your diet plan. But you should still consume as much healthy meat as possible, meaning steak, roast, chicken, etc. Grilling and baking are the healthiest ways to eat your meats. Try not to fry or batter you meats. That doesn’t do nothing but clog your arteries. Eating fiber in the morning is a great way to start the day off right. Also eggs add a great protein boost to the day as well. Your workouts should be planned out just like your diets. A fitness training routine is hard to start but once you get in the groove it gets easier and easier.

Try getting a workout machine for your house if you don’t go to a gym somewhere else. A workout machine makes you workouts a little bit more stressful but it does more of a concentrated area to your muscles. A pull up bar is a machine to think about getting. It’s pretty cheap as it’s also very compact so it won’t get in the way. You can easily take it down and do stomach crunches or you can just store it in a closet out of the way. Whatever the case you need to be making sure you are getting enough protein in your body to supply your muscles. If your are working out and never having any muscle growth it’s most likely you don’t have the right diet. If that’s not it then you probably aren’t working out hard enough.
